  5. YITGC Implement CobiT: Where to start?
  6. 27 Mar 2007 at 9:52pm
The most common question I get is We want to implement CobiT, but where do we start? First, implementing CobiT is the wrong strategic objective. Improving IT governance, while taking advantage of the CobiT framework is a better approach. CobiT, as wonderful of a framework as it is, is only a means to an end. So where do we start?... div class="feedflare"a href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~f/YourItGovernanceCoach?a=kRlLdsNZ"img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~f/YourItGovernanceCoach?i=kRlLdsNZ" border="0"/img/a a href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~f/YourItGovernanceCoach?a=RDA6XAIA"img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~f/YourItGovernanceCoach?i=RDA6XAIA" border="0"/img/a/div

  11. This week, Jonas Appelqvist...
  12. 11 May 2007 at 1:00pm
pspan class=mp3This week, bJonas Appelqvist/b is taking us back to 1982: p class=indentLast night it dawned upon me that I in fact own one song with bT.S.T./b (a band that's been a href="http://www.itsatrap.com/view_topic.php?id=33"a subject of discussion in the message board/a for quite some time now). They're represented on the compilation i"Vägra raggarna benzin – punk från provinserna 78-82 vol. II"/i with i"Väktarnas värld"/i along with bAsta Kask/b, bTT Reuter/b and bUnter Den Linden/b. The reason for the discussion is that someone wanted to know who originally wrote the song i"Oh, I'm so alone"/i which bFireside/b recorded back in 1997. And yup, you guessed it; it was the songwriters in this band, bNandur Hegedüs/b and bJarmo Mäkkeli/b. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to track down that song but, boy, do I have goodies for you! Let me present a song taken from their self-titled debut released in 1982, i"No government"/i. Being ahead of their time, this is what I imagine that bMr. Brett/b and bGreg Graffin/b from bBad Religion/b and bBob Mould/b from bHüsker Dü/b would use as preference to their own songwriting at the time.br This punk band from Västerås released two albums, a few EPs and contributed to a bunch of compilations over the years. I can warmly recommend the i"Varning för punk/i"-comp, in which most of the Swedish punk elite are represented, a triple CD that sums up the eighties punk scene in Sweden in a great way.br FYI, being born and raised in a town that was a big punk scene during that period with great bands such as bNyx Negativ/b and, mentioned above, bUnter Den Linden/b, I almost feel obliged to do mp3-posts on those bands as well. Hell, you can't miss out on that!br But for now, enjoy your bT.S.T./b!/span
